Email Not Pulling Out Of Hours

Hey, we are pulling emails from a support email to create tickets, but they dont seem to pull emails between 5:30pm-9am in the morning (out of uk office hours) this may be a conincidence, but what could be causing this...

During 9-5 its fine with no issues at all.

Sounds like you don’t have a cron job configured so it’s only fetching on Auto-cron which requires Agents to be logged in and doing activity. You really need a cron job and disable the auto cron so it automatically fetches mail regardless of if anyone is in the system or not.
