personal queue/search not working as expected

I have a simple personal queue/search requirement: list all closed tickets for a specific branch (which is a custom list).

However, this produces a search result which includes other branches, including the only one I needed:

What am I missing?

Environment:
osTicket Version - v1.17.2 (8fbc7ee)
Web Server Software - Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu 20 LTS)
MySQL Version - 8.0.34
PHP Version - 8.0.28

Upgrade to v1.17.4, change the criteria from IN to IS. If that doesn’t work then check the ticket header as BMR may actually be in there. You also have inherited criteria so make sure the inherited criteria is not affecting this.
