Does anyone know why I only get the Pruebas department if I haven't created it?
Did you modify the codebase or database at all?
What does your department list look like in the Admin Panel?

I would like to see the departments to which the tickets have been assigned, but I only get the one for Tests.
I don’t see "Pruebas" in your Department list. What does this translate to in English? Google Translate is telling me "Evidence" but I don’t see that in your Department list either.

That is the problem, the test department does not exist and yet it is registered in the control panel, is there any way to reset that panel to try to see the departments I have.
The only way to "reset" the Dashboard is by clearing out the thread_event table in the db but you do not want to do that in a live system as it will break things and not show thread events, etc. in the ticket threads.
I honestly have no idea what’s going on. Maybe try upgrading or replacing the codebase? Make sure you take backups of everything first.
