Installation of Osticket on window server 2008 R2

I successfully install ostickets on my local pc's and now I want to do the same on window server 2008, I am using window server 2008 R2
do we have a Tutorial or manual for this

I need guidance since this is the first time I will be working on the Server ..I have two server running, one is application and another is database Server , before proceeds not sure which one of this server I should install the ostickets

Please can anyone guide me on doing this, am afraid and worried if i may break the server ..

Don’t be scared. osTicket is a lightweight, web based software that is super easy to install. There are many guides online that explain how to install the various prerequisites so it’s fairly simple nowadays.

All osTicket needs is an Apache/IIS webserver, PHP 8.1-8.2 (with extensions installed/enabled), and a MySQL/MariaDB database server. In your scenario you can have IIS and PHP installed on the application server and MySQL/MariaDB installed on the database server. Then you can upload the osTicket files to the application server, create a new database on the database server, and follow the Installation Documentation to install osTicket. On the osTicket installation screen just be sure to input the database server's information. Or you can simply install everything on one server. It’s up to you and what you think is best.
