We are currently running v1.16 on our local Windows Server.
Emails work fine. Here are the settings:
Setting up v1.18 on a hosted server to allow ticketing off-prem.
Followed the Microsoft Authorization Guide, and everything seems to auth just fine in the osTicket settings.
But I am unable to send emails. If I go into the SMPT settings - disable and then enable - I get this error:
5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful
Logs show: Unable to email via Sendmail Unable to send mail: Unknown error
SMPT auth is enabled for the account in Outlook Admin.
What else should I be looking for?
