Setting up first agent failed.

I am just looking at this system, and I'm having problems. Going through the basic set up I was setting up my first agent clicked the save button and got a blank page. The URL is: https://menssheds.org.uk/Ticket/scp/staff.php?#access

Any idea what I might have done wrong?

Sounds like a fatal error is being thrown. Please check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Also, a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information would be nice.

Sorry, I should have put a little more background about this install. The hosting is a server from Krystal.uk. The installation was done from cpanel via softaculous. This was my second attempt at installing. The previous instance also gave me an errors like this on several occasions and then wouldn't allow logins. I dropped the MySQL database and delete the osTicket folder. The second instance would not re-install with osTicket as the folder saying there was already a registered version, so I used Ticket as the instance name. I am NOT an expert on cPanel simply a user with over 50 years experience of computer systems, but I cannot find any logs in the areas I have access to.

This looks like a good system and I want to try it out for the organisation I support and I'm very confused by why I'm having so much trouble.

Ohhh, okay. Yea softaculous is not a standard installation method; you should not use this method. They modify the code to make it auto-install but it never works right (judging from previous forum posts). You should follow the typical (recommended) installation instructions here:

osTicket already auto-installs for you, you just need to input the needed information on the install screen.
