Good afternoon. I have version v1.10 where in the Tickets section, within the configuration, there is the option "Exclude Assigned Tickets from the open queue". Update to version 1.18 and I don't have that option anymore. It can be solved or I have to get used to seeing everything in the open section. Thank you
Exclude Assigned Tickets from the open queue

Open Queue now shows all open tickets you have access to. If you want to exclude assigned tickets from the Open Queue simply modify the Queue at the Global Level or at the Personal Level and set the criteria Assignee => Unassigned.
