Daedalus01 is correct. Unfortunately, MS requires you to use HTTPS with the exception being localhost for HTTP.

If that is inside Microsoft, you can't use private IP addresses. If you don't want to use a Certificate, I believe you have to create it as localhost. I have never used Email to create tickets, but I have seen some other people say that.
KevinTheJedi It´s google console, i need send emails for tickets, but i can´t authentication whit google account. I try whit plugin OAuth because Basic authentication don´t work. Anyone can help me please?
