System upgrade is pending. Upgrade Now - stuck

Sorry, I posted this in the 1.16 section...

osTicket - 1.17

Greetings,
I copied the upgrade files to the server and upzipped. The main console is now stuck at the osTicket Upgrader screen, indicating three messages: From top to bottom, ! System upgrade is pending: Upgrade Now,
(this does not appear to anything when clicked on).
The next message in the middle of the screen indicates:
!The upgrader does NOT support upgrading from the current patch [83a2ba22b1a6a624fcb1da03882ac1b]!
The third messages:
Interesting the prerequisites are showing a red X but they appear to be the required versions.
X PHP v8.0 or later - (8.0.30)
X MySQLi extension for PHP - (module loaded)
X MySQL v5.0 or later - (10.6.12)
*this was a new install, working without issue before copying the install files.
Is there a file I can rename, move or edit that will remove the upgrade status?

*I have another install on a different server and have compared many of the .php files, nothing noticeable is different.

You will need to restore from backup, re-upload the files, and try again. What webserver are you using?

I try to upgrade from v1.15 to v1.18 and gave me and error and now the site is broken. I will try to update to v1.17 from a backup.

There is no way to upgrade from v1.15 to v1.17 neither to v1.18 it get stucked always on this:

Dashboard error:
Upgrader - e2b4e5cb (task pending).
The PluginMigration task reports there is work to do

I don't know what else to do, i disable the file system attachment plugin, that is the only plugin i have installed and enabled.

I revert all with the bd backup and code backup, i'm glad i follow the instructions to backup all first.

But i don't know why the upgrade it is stucked there
