How to Add Organization name column in Ticket List? Please advise. Thanks

Thanks KevinTheJedi for reply. But I didn't find the organization name in the drop down list. So that I hav asked the question. Is there any other way to see the org name in the ticket list.
parvaj Select "-- Add New --" at the bottom of that list, then you can choose User / Organization / Name
You must do this from the Admin Panel on any Queue. Then once the field is created you can select in the Agent Panel. This is outlined in the docs I linked above.

I used the Add Queue Column to add two new columns of data, the Last Response was displayed normally, but every time I configured the Poster it would be 503

Then you need to check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
I traced some of the code. 'Unknown column 'A1.poster' in 'field list''. But there's a poster in the database. I don't think it should be 'A1.poster'. I'll check again. Cheers.
I now want to add a column to the ticket, who replied last, which field should I add thanks.
We don’t have the capability to add the Last Responding Agent to a Queue Column nor to a Ticket Field. You can have the Last Response time stamp to a Queue Column but not the Agent's name or anything. You will have to click on the Ticket to see who responded last.
