OsTicket new setup issue

Hello Experts,
I'm in the process of setting up osTicket and did everything as per prerequisites but still setup page won't load and gives File Integrity Monitoring error. Below are the details for my setup,

osTicket version : v1.18
PHP version : 8.2.9
MySQL : 8.0.34
Windows Server 2022
Domain Joined Server.

Would appreciate if anyone has encountered this before. Web Platform installer is discontinued so manual route is the only was I got to see.

That file does in fact exist. Maybe you have permission issues on the files? Try re-uploading the files and retest. Maybe also disable Windows File Integrity temporarily and see if that helps. If so then you’ll have to adjust your File Integrity settings in Windows.
