User is having an issue where it's showing her name instead of the selected email as the outgoing contact. We may be able to reproduce but it's not happening all the time.

As you can see the from field is showing "place my order" which is the default.

And in this screenshot it's showing the users actual name.
Cant find any field or setting to address this but its becoming problamatic. To my knowledge tickets are still shuffling into the same thread but want a unified forward facing email to show still.
