Ticket thread isn't the same order as when printed

User is experiencing an issue that order of the ticket notes when viewed on osTicket and when its printed out. Couldn't find a way to change or modify the order when exported.

This is what is shown on osTicket.

This is it printed out. Order isn't matching their profile settings.

Any help would be great! Thanks

Can you replicate the issue with multiple accounts or just that account?

Yes, three different accounts.

Then most likely either a bug where we aren’t accounting for profile setting or intended behavior. It might be intended behavior in order to keep consistent templates and behavior across the platform. But I will need to dig deeper to see.
