OAuth2 Error -Unknown folder

Hi, I´m trying to configure the OAuth2 Plugin for Microsoft, in a Xamp environment.

After doing the Azure (now Microsoft Entra) configuration in the documentation page, the site can send email tickets to the users.

But, it shows the following error after trying to enable the email fetching.

I have already confirmed the folder does exists.

What could be the problem?

If I set it to the default "INBOX", it does not read the mailbox.

For INBOX just leave the Mail Folder blank (ie. leave it empty). For a folder you simply type out the folder name (this can be case-sensitive). Sometimes mail providers have the folders under the INBOX instead of at root level. If this is the case you can prepend INBOX/ to the folder name (eg. INBOX/Alarma) and retest.

Apparently the folder is not at the root level, I did as you said, and it saved the configuration.

But it still does not read and fetch from the folder. I also tried leaving the field empty to test on the root "Inbox", to no success.

What else could I be missing?
