Hello. I want to create my own archive by opening a new field on the os ticket and placing the relevant links in that field, directing them to the relevant documents, videos, is this possible?

If you want it to be static, meaning shows up on every Ticket, you can simply use an Information Field on the Ticket Details Form (Admin Panel > Manage > Forms) and put whatever content you want. This will show up on the create Ticket page and edit Ticket page. This will not appear however on Ticket view.
