Question regarding attachment storage

Hello,

Question. I haven't been able to find any information on this in my research. The "Storage for Attachments" as highlighted in the screenshot. Is this in reference to the amount of space already used by uploaded attachments, or is it the amount of space available for attachments to be uploaded? Because if it's the latter, I'd definitely like to increase that number, but I have been unable to find where to do so. Is anyone able to offer guidance?

If it matters in this case, I should add that I have activated the "Attachments on the filesystem" plugin and have directed attachments to be uploaded to a directory inside the osTicket folder.

This is the total space the current uploaded files hold in the database. This is a rough estimate and you may need to optimize tables, etc. to see the true storage size. Even though you install the FS plugin this only affects new, incoming files. Existing files will remain in the database unless you offload them. Please read the documentation here:
