Hi Support,

Our department signatures are not working - we had changed some templates earlier in which added our customized signature in Settings>Agents>Templates and Settings>users>Templates and also in Emails>Templates>OSTicket default templates but I have seen now the department signatures are not attaching with the replies regardless of radio button is being selected in post replies. We are using 1.17.3 version. Please help.

    Sounds like you removed the %{signature} variable from the Email Templates under Admin Panel > Emails > Templates.
