Sending emails to users and agents they are send as winmail.dat. I have changed the recipient to Gmail and yahoo mail ID. They are receiving the same.
We are using O365 email. Any idea ?

We were on V1.17 and had the same behavior with O365, but after updating the server and then OsTicket from v1.17 to v1.18, the problem disappeared.
