Hello,

In the Agent list of the Tickets at the column Subject the new ticket subject appears as the help topic's name used when the ticket was created not the actual subject of the ticket that was noted when it was created.

Does anybody know if this can be changed for the Subject column to display the noted ticket subject that the users created?

    By default it is the actual Issue Summary. It sounds like you either have the Issue Summary field disabled for the Help Topic so it’s using the Topic Name in replacement or your Queue Column's Primary Data Source is set to Help Topic instead of Issue Summary. Please check both.
