Hey guys, How to link a list of items to a ticket? Does any table do this? I need to get a list of items associated with the ticket to show it on a dashboard.

Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Lists to create a List. Then you have to attach the List to either the Ticket Details Form or to a specific Custom Form (Admin Panel > Manage > Forms). If you add it to the Ticket Details Form it will be available on all Tickets.
