On the Open Ticket tab, for example, agents can no longer export tickets to CSV. When the Export button is clicked, it brings up the options of what to select. However, clicking Export again transitions the window to loading, then it switches to a small, white-colored rectangular box. The CSV file is not generated and the user has to refresh the page in order to regain access to OSTicket.
