You’ll have to look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Do you have a Content Security Policy in place? That can block connections to sources needed for the graph to work. Sounds strange, but it happened to me a few years ago.
