Hi, When user tries to upload image file in ticket image does not appears in the ticket but when agent tries to upload the same image image is uploaded. File system: filesupload Version- osTicket (v1.15.4)
maximum file size allowed is 4mb

You are using an old, unsupported version of osTicket. You need to upgrade to the latest and retest.

Also side note: maximum file size that you can upload is determined by your server's PHP settings.
