Plugin will allow status change of a ticket on new reply by user.

E.g. you may have two Open status "Open" and "Awaiting Client Response". This plugin can be configured to automatically change the status from "Awaiting Client Response" to "Open" when a reply is received.

I couldn't find this functionality by default. osTicket allows status change from a closed to open status, but not open to open.

    This is exactly what I'm looking for. There a a half dozen threads on this topic dating back to at least 2015.
    Can you provide guidance on installing this plugin please? Copying the php files to includes/plugins does not show the plugin as being available under Admin/Manage/Plugins. Thanks.

      That may have done it! I was able to add the plugin and configure an instance. I'll give it a try now...

      stefanclark I'm having trouble getting this working. I've created a statuschange folder in the include/plugins folder and copied the PHP files into - but when I try to install the plugin under Admin/Manage/Plugins it just seems to display the contents of the PHP files. We're using the OSticketawesome theme, but it happens if I use the themeless version too.
