Cannot get Push Notification webhook to work

Hello
I installed the Webhook Push Notification plugin and configured exactly per the docs with https://api[dot]osticket[dot]com[dot]br/push_notification in the Webhook URL Config section. It is active. Nothing has changed on the mobile osTicket app, it still just shows me the link to the instructions and how to install it. Occasionally I receive emails that look like this:

https://api[dot]osticket[dot]com[dot]br/push_notification - error:0A000410:SSL routines::sslv3 alert handshake failure

Anybody have any ideas?

That is not us (osTicket). So you'll need to contact whomever that is for further assistance. osTicket does not have any webhooks or any webhook plugins.
