Meu osticket simplemente parou de abrir as paginas dos novos tickets!! Os ticket entram como novo, mas quando clico neles a pagina fica tentando carregar e nao carrega.

It appears you have a language pack installed. Please delete the US Holidays schedule (Admin Panel > Manage > Schedules) and retest.
Also, you should upgrade to v1.17.4 or v1.18.

ao tentar atualizar o osticket, recebo a seguinte informação:

You need to upgrade to PHP 8.1-8.2 for v1.18. If you have to stick with PHP 8.0 you will need to upgrade to v1.17.4.

Configure your PHP to not display errors. Also, configure it to ignore Notices and Deprecation warnings. These can be ignored.
Also, make sure /path/to/osTicket/bootstrap.php has display_errors and display_startup_errors set to 0.

I mentioned above in this reply that you need to delete the US Holidays Schedule.
It appears you have a language pack installed. Please delete the US Holidays schedule (Admin Panel > Manage > Schedules) and retest.
