IOException: Unable to read resource content

Hi,
after update to osTicket v1.17.3 (from 1.10) I do receive emails with info:

Email header: IOException: Unable to read resource content

/home/html/kronzi.sk/public_html/_sub/dopyt/upload/z/zWMleTQtrPHmxD23Mfpg8x2AsKSNqHpY: Unable to delete file

http://dopyt[dot]kronzi[dot]sk

When I try to find the file zWMleTQtrPHmxD23Mfpg8x2AsKSNqHpY in upload folder of my osticket there is no such file.
This is also seen in system events.

What could be the problem. Yes I`m using plugin:
Attachments on the filesystem

Can you point me to right direction?

Sounds like permission issues as the system can’t delete the file.

Hi, thats the first thing I checked, I set attributes to 777, main upload folder also folders under.

Weird also is that even tought I do have set "Save attachments:
Filesystem: /home/html/kronzi.sk/sub/dopyt/upload/"

I also tried /home/html/kronzi.sk/public_html/_sub/dopyt/upload/ (redirect)

I can find new uploaded files in PHPMyAdmin database ost_file tables... which ofcourse I do not want, as in time database will be full of files.

Is there something else to check?

ost_file will still hold the file record to reference for attachments, etc. however the file data should be stored on the filesystem. You can check the ost_file_chunk table for reference to one of the files in quesetion to see if it's being uploaded to the database instead of the filesystem.

What user is your cron job running as (if you have one)?
