Al generearse un nuevo ticket que no aparesca un campo vacio si no se edito data

That does not look like osTicket.. are you using any modifications? Also, can you post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information?

buenas solo aplique con boostrap a los formularios para mejor vista pero los demas sigue igual
como puedo hacer para cuando generar un ticket del lado del agente no se vean los campos vacios si no contiene datos solo se vean los campos que tiene data agredeceré su ayuda saludos
That’s just how the system works. The User will need to click the Edit button to see all Fields without data.
On the Agent side it will show all fields regardless of if they have data or not.
