Hi, I found that the software[dash]mods[dot]com is not working anymore, I bought the reporting plugin from them, but I would like to update this plugin since I have the latest osticket system, The current version of reporting plugin is 8.3.1, I was able to install the plugin, but I was not able to create the instance, so that I can't use the reporting plugin. Anyone has the same issue or the contact method that I can contact them directly. Thank you.
