Buen dia con todos como se podria lograr que al consultar un ticket ya cerrado el sistema se dirige automaticamente hasta el final del ticket,como deshabilitar esa acción sino que empiece desde el principio del ticket.

Unfortunately you can’t disable auto-scroll unless you modify the codebase. You can change your Thread View Order in your Profile to Descending and the bottom of the thread will start at the top so it doesn’t auto-scroll. However, this setting is global for all Tickets.
