Open ticket on behalf of an agent

Hi! First of all, sorry for my English.

I am configuring my osTicket application and I need that the agents can open ticket between them, that is to say, that an agent can open a ticket to another agent, I don't know if I explained very well.

Right now, to open a ticket an agent has to create it in the name of a general user, and I would like to be able to create it in the name of the same agent.

If someone can help me, I would appreciate it very much.

Agents are not Users and Users are not Agents. They are completely separate. In order to open a Ticket for an Agent, you must create a User account for each one. Otherwise you can simply use Tasks for Internal communication.

And there is no way to modify this? So that the agent can also create tickets? It would be super useful for my application, since the tasks do not have statistical control as the tickets.
