2 1/4 years have passed. What's the status of this?
As an admin (company owner) who uses this ticket system daily, I need the ability to remove incorrect replies. I just wrote something on the wrong ticket for the nth time. I need a clean way to remove this erroneous reply instead of diving into the database and messing with it.
Plus if you send an actual reply on a ticket that isn't correct, the end user is gonna think you're an idiot.
