Please check my below configuration.

We are unable to attached certain file formats like .dwg , .zip , .exe etc. Find the below screenshot of the error -

Whereas find the below attachment configured -

    KevinTheJedi Sorry for delay.
    I had to find again the specific windows user having the issue.
    He confirmed that there aren't any issues now (tested with different file types).
    He confirmed that I remember well :-) but for some unknown reasons the problem with .docx vanished.
    Maybe a cached content since we were quickly testing with different browsers.
