We are unable to attached certain file formats like .dwg , .zip , .exe etc. Find the below screenshot of the error -

We had the same problem with Windows client (FF, Chrome, Edge). 1.17.3 Restrictions by file type are disabled. Today I upgraded to 1.17.4 and problem with .zip disappeared. https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/commit/b5b9e2b4a6cce480853b673ca700316d9e063efc Still having issue with .docx.

What error does it give you for .docx?
KevinTheJedi Sorry for delay. I had to find again the specific windows user having the issue. He confirmed that there aren't any issues now (tested with different file types). He confirmed that I remember well :-) but for some unknown reasons the problem with .docx vanished. Maybe a cached content since we were quickly testing with different browsers.
