I have a zimbra mail imap 993 and smtp 587. authentication is through tls. I can't create an email account in the osticket that works with that server.
any suggestions.

Please share a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information (censor sensitive info before posting).
What is the hostname you are trying to use? Is it a public host or in-house mail server?

Please upgrade to the latest (v1.17.4 or v1.18) and retest. Any specific errors when setting up the email?
