Hello, good afternoon, I have the following problem and I would like to know if you can help me. I have two departments in osTicket and a mail associated with each one. Both works perfectly when sending a direct mail. The problem is when receiving a mail that comes as a copy of another address, that is, if I send a mail to abcde@mimail.com and it receives a mail and forwards a copy to the mail of department A, this is received by department B.
Is it understood?

OKAY.
When receiving an email at abc@mail.com, it forwards a copy to 123@mail.com, which corresponds to the accounting department in osTicket, but the tickets are generated in the IT department (default email in the system) .
This only happens when receiving a copy of the emails (A sends to B and B forwards to a copy C) C corresponds to the accounting department, but the ticket is created in the department that has the email by default.
