In English, the version works. We have a problem with the French version. We copy the fr.phar file into include\i18n. we can only install by specifying "english", if we specify french, the tables are created but are not completed. if we install in English, and change the language, the forms are in French, but the data in the database is not. in include\i18n there is only an en-US directory with its yaml files and no directory for French languages, maybe this is important.
