We want to change the time zone which comes under Database Information and Usage in admin panel->Dashboard->Information

Please suggest us how we can change the time zone. Because when we are raising the ticket it is taking wrong time.

This has been posted and asked fairly often in the past.
There are a number of places to set/change the timezone.
The data base software cfg, osticket, agent profile, etc.

    In agent profile the timezone is set in osticket system setting also timezone is right only in Databsae Information usage How can we set IST(Asia/Kolkata)?

      Asia/Kolkata is a notoriously bad timezone. Make sure your database time_zone and system_time_zone is set to UTC, then you can set your osTicket system timezone and Agent Profile timezone to Kolkata and retest.

        jasikamiles Wherever time zone is there it is showing as Asia/Kolkata only. But in Database Information and Usage Time zone which is in admin panel - > Dashboard -> Information it is showing as IST (Interpreted as Asia/Jerusalem)
