I'm new to osTicket, I have the latest version, I've been trying to modify the code to add a new field, but I'm not able...
I have been trying to follow this post https://forum.osticket.com/d/851-adding-a-new-field-to-tickets/1 but the latest is version 1.6 and currently I have version 1.7.3 and I am unable to modify the code to make it work...
