User data update by template

Hi,

At user details form I added one more field and it was clear text and was using import template to update user information.
couple of days ago i changed that field to be dropdown list and i lost all of users details.
the problem is when i tried to update data using import template it gives updated successfully but actually nothing changed and required field didn't updated.
So anyone have ideas to do.

Make sure you format the data properly. Lists take the list value I believe (haven't tested this in a while).

I did.
data format is correct and field type is correct.
also list value and abbreviation is the same so update template can use what ever it needs
