Pleas consider adding an option like a check box when replying to a ticket to "make this reply a new knowledge base item". For now, im replying to a ticket, I realize this response will be a common one so I have to then go to knowledge base, write the answer there, then go back to the ticket and select it and send. Would be nice if I could just write the response to the ticket, check the box, hit reply, then the KB is created automatically and ready to use next time I need it.
