I need to be able to transfer tickets to a department but I dont want to see that departments tickets in my tickets queue. Can't see a way to have both. right now I have to go to admin panel and give myself access to the dept, back to agent panel where I now see all their tickets in my queue, transfer ticket to dept, back to admin, delete my access to the dept, back to agent. phew.
