Hi, I want to set up multiple email accounts to check them simultaneously. I have Gmail and Outlook. Can I do this in osTicket?
Juliya Yes, you can have as many email addresses as you want configured, and have them set up to do a number of different things (go into different departments, help topics, etc...). Have a look at https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Email%20Settings.html
