I'm using version 1.17.3. We just upgraded from 1.12.6. Everything seems to be working except when adding a new agent.
The new agent receives an email with a link to set up their account. When they click the link, they get prompted to enter their username or email address, and there's a Login button under it.
After entering their username and clicking Log In, the red text above the box disappears, and it prompts them for their username again. This repeats in a loop, and they are never prompted to set a password.
I've been searching for a while, and found many references to these exact symptoms, but they were all using external authentication and the patches suggested as resolving the issue were committed years ago, so I'm assuming they're already incorporated in 1.17.3.
We're only using the built-in authentication, no external auth is in use.
There are no errors in the apache error log or in the system logs available in the osTicket dashboard.
