Hello Team Current OS Ticket is 1.17.3 upgraded from 1.17.2. But MySQL 5.5.XX is Outdated Version. How to upgrade to latest version 8.0?
Does support with 1.17.3
Please advise steps or video link with best practice

You will need to follow MySQL documentation or google guides online. Yes osTicket supports 8.0.

As a side note starting with MySQL 8 they changed the default authentication plugin for 8+. I wrote an article about it a while back when it was released.
