I inherited an old version of OStickets, when I started work. The company used to have a user satifaction survey that was linked to a userratings.php form. Which then went to a submitratings.php form to say that the submission was successful. The link that was sent to the user pointing to userratings.php seemed to capture the ratings directly on OStickets. But now since I have upgraded, I am not able to get the user ratings to work. When the email goes out, the ticket number is off by 2 places, and the userratings.php form does not exist anymore. I have copied it from the old install to the new one, however I am still not able to get this to work.
