I have some tickets that Last Updated column does not show the update time. Instead Create date even though the ticket was updated. In some In 95% tickets the last update is correct. Did anyone experience this issue?
Last Updated column shows creation date.
The Last Updated date only gets updated on Ticket Create, Ticket Status change, User adds a new Message, or Agent/User changes a field value.

Check the timezone settings: Verify that the timezone settings are correct in osTicket. If the timezone settings are incorrect, it may cause the Last Updated column to display the wrong time.
