Por otro lado, OSTICKETS es fiable para almacenar más de 5.000 tickets? o que límite tiene?

You will need to modify the codebase. There are a lot of places that will need updating so you will need to thoroughly search and replace the needed instances.
As for the limit of tickets, there virtually is no limit. As long as you have enough storage and your server can handle it, the system can take it.
