Task view without style sheet

Hello osticket team,
I'm having a problem in a task view:
The problem occurs only with this task, in the others it is displayed correctly.
It looks like it didn't load the stylesheet

I also noticed that close button does not appear

I also see the URL differently compared to the tasks that display well

This is my system info

It is very strange that this problem only happens with this specific task.

Ouch. You are so far behind... 1.11.x was quickly abandoned (due to many issues) and succeeded by 1.12.x (which is very old). The current supported versions are v1.16.6 and v1.17.3. You desperately need to upgrade.

I have reviewed a bit about how to update but according to this I couldn't update either right?

and osticket team are still working on the process to migrate right?

1.11 is greater than 1.6. So you can follow the normal upgrade instructions.
