OAuth2 Outgoing setup

We have configured a new app registration in Azure for our on prem OST installation. Managed to authenticate the incoming settings but when trying to authenticate the outgoing settings I get redirected to the login screen. There is not authorization pop up. Both the OAuth2 settings are the same. Not to sure what would cause this?

Don't reconfigure auth for outgoing if you already have it configured for incoming. Just set outgoing Authentication to "Same as remote mailbox".
